TS -How long have you been involved in modeling?
I've been doing a little here and there since I was about 16. I tried to get in with the big agencies when I was younger, but alas, I am not tall enough (hence my platform fetish!).

TS -Is modeling your career - what are your goals?
No, I just like to "play dress up" as my mother calls it. I have been putting on high heels and lipstick since I could walk. I love to be glamorous. The down side is that I am always over dressed and over done for these days' standards. I would truly be much more comfortable in the 40's. My "goals" are just to have fun with it, I make sure I am comfortable with every shoot and photographer, and if I'm not I won't do it.

TS -Sexual preference/Marital status?
I am unmarried, but currently CRAZY in love with my boyfriend Dallas, whom I have been dating for 1-½ years. He is just wonderful. I could go on and on about him, but I don't think that's what the interview is about. :

TS -What do you do for fun?
On the weekends, my only time off, I like to sleep 'til noon, get up and run my errands and usually have a beer at one of my favorite brewpubs. I am definitely done with my club years. We also love to hit any kind of car show within a two-hour radius. I love my car ('67 Pontiac Tempest) and love to show it off whenever possible. During the week, when I don't have class or work, I am a homebody. I really enjoy sewing. Yes, I must admit, I cook and sew!

TS -Who's your favorite female and why?
I would say my favorite female, style wise, is Gwen Stefani. She always is glamorous, yet rockin'. Otherwise, personally, my favorite female is my good friend Gywn. She is the best. We can have girly talks and solve the world's problems all in one night!

TS -Favorite Flick?
I'd have to say Pulp Fiction comes to mind first, but Friday comes in a close second.

TS -What websites, if any do you frequent?
I am always checking out "zombiehotrodwear.com" Dallas and I got to a lot of car shows and have seen their merchandise a few times. I buy tees and decals from them frequently. I pretty much visit the pin-up, Bettie Page, and rock-a-billy web-rings to find out about other sites out there that might interest me. And I do all my banking from its website, but that's not very exciting!

TS -What do you consider sexy?
I love the classy/sexy look that the forties had. With the right curves and the right dress, your body can look amazing, with ALL your clothes on. When the clothes come off, I like unusual hosiery (large open fishnets, seamed stockings), of course with a garter belt and my prettiest skivvies!

TS -How do you feel about the main stream modeling industry as opposed to Alternative modeling?
Well, I have always been of the school of thought that beauty comes in all styles, sizes and colors. For instance, I could totally dress in The Limited clothing and be conservative at first glance, but with my nose ring and tattoos, I like to show that alternative can be pretty as well. I think that main stream modeling is just that. You will always have mainstream America watching and judging, but I've never been interested in mainstream culture. I have never been conservative, and I enjoy bending the mold on what is beautiful.

TS -Music preference?
Jeez. Where to begin… Glancing down at my file drawer at work, I own a little of everything. Sometimes Korn hits the spot and sometimes Coltrane does. It really depends on my mood. I will say that I credit my brother regarding my taste of the unusual and hard to find tunes. He is always sending me new stuff to listen to that would never make it on the radio. I keep pushing the heavier stuff on him, but he hasn't bitten, yet!

TS -Please supply a statement so we can get to know Anna a little bit better.
Lets see…I guess I will tell you a few of the important and interesting things to me. I was born in Goldsboro, NC and moved in Roanoke, VA for a little while, before I moved to Norfolk, VA when I was ten. I attended high school and some college there. In the middle of college, I moved to Charlotte, NC to live with my brother for a couple of years. After moving to Tampa with an ex-flame, I am settled here (for now) and plan to stay for at least another couple of years. One reason I like it here is that I love my job. I work for an Interior Architecture firm that specializes in commercial projects. Working there, I have learned a lot about the field of architecture and construction. I primarily am an AutoCAD draftsman, but do get the chance to design occasionally. I really love it. The company is great and our projects are always impressive. Since I have developed a personal interest in architecture, I have been going to school to earn my AS in Architectural Design and Construction. The blending of job experience with classes relative to my job has really motivated me to do well in school, in contrast to my first two years at Old Dominion University in Norfolk. I went for fashion merchandising and partying was a close second to class! I will finally be done with school in May and hope to stay with my firm. I also love spending time (as much as he can stand!) with my boyfriend. He is my best friend. We have a great relationship and enjoy doing everything together. My last interest I will share with you is my car. I love her, "Nadine" that is. I have had her since my first go round in college (about 7 years) and she is great. Always there for me, ya know? Seen me through men, jobs, 3 states, and I hope to have her for a long time. I would love to fully restore her, all that is really left is some body work. I had orange and yellow flames painted on a couple of years ago and she really gets looks now. My boyfreind had the interior custom sewn in red and black vinyl for x-mas. She looks great.
